What do you see as opportunities for the future of the nutrition and dietetics profession?
I think it is an exciting time to be an RD! The country as a whole has begun to take nutrition and health more seriously than we have in the past. I believe the value of our credential will only increase as we redefine what it means to be the nutrition experts. Whereas in the past you would be hard-pressed to find an RD outside of a hospital setting, now our career prospects and areas of expertise continue to grow every day. From farmer's markets to professional bloggers, RDs are everywhere!
