Currently my duties include menu planning, staff development, budget control, follow through of policies and procedures, clinical nutrition assessments, diet education and care planning to name just a few. My past work experience has also been in management as a Nutrition Service Director and also a Clinical Dietetic Technician. I also am a Certified ServSafe Instructor and Proctor and enjoy education in the Food and Nutrition area. I currently am a mentor for two DTR programs in my area. I am also continuing my education at The University of Alabama. I will graduate in December 2015 with my BS in Food and Nutrition and will be eligible for my internship.
