I have served in the past as a CDR Commissioner and CDR Exam Panel Chair. I have participated in the exam development process for over 20 years and work well as part of the Exam Panel volunteer pool of RD's and DTR's. I have participated as a volunteer in at least two Dietetic Practice Audits conducted by CDR and have been a regular and valued volunteer in the Registered Dietitian and Registered Dietetic Technician exam development and review process. |

What do you see as opportunities for the future of the nutrition and dietetics profession?
Food and Nutrition professionals continue to have many opportunities in both clinical/community dietetics, food service and business and industry. In the food service and nutrition area within health care there are new opportunities in promoting healthy eating and malnutrition initiatives. The future of the profession continues to be strong.
Campaign Statement
I have extensive and current experience serving in many roles with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR). Therefore, I would have a perfect understanding of what qualifications are needed for the roles within CDR.
