What do you see as opportunities for the future of the nutrition and dietetics profession?
I believe the future for food and nutrition professionals will continue to expand as we all work to advance ourselves as the experts in the field and continue to gain the respect we deserve. I also hope that as a profession we are able to expand our role in promoting both food security for all and sustainable food practices as I believe these are pressing issues for the public that can be better addressed with the expertise found in our field.
