I see nutrition & dietetics getting more medically specialized...and more entrepreneurial...thus, even a larger variety in jobs and businesses across the globe. Some cutting-edge areas include precision medicine, every stage of life and every lifestyle, participating in support and research for women, LGBTQ and people of color & health equity...embracing diversity in dietetics providers and clients. Providers will need great diversity of skills in public health, research, health literacy, culture, food preparation, teaching, lifestyle medicine, health coaching, sustainability & clinical work.
Dietetics Brings Nutrition to Fruition! Nutrition is the foundation of health, wellness and health equity. All communities deserve equal access and dietetics practitioners should be recognized as they lead the charge in this crucial movement.
