What do you see as opportunities for the future of the nutrition and dietetics profession?
Food and nutrition are critical to global health and well-being. RDNs and NDTRs will be integral moving through our next 100 years. Opportunities and challenges await us; from a shortage of food and malnutrition to poor food choices and obesity. Disease prevention, chronic disease, and reimbursement will take center stage. We need to be the ones communicating the information. Technological advances will change how we practice. Research is key to provide evidence based practice.
