1. Through policy changes, creative discovery, honest and open dialogue while on GPCI Board, I helped increase diversity and access to minorities and obtain accreditation for the organization. 2. While serving on the Academy CFP, we opened a DTR Pathway for members. I also chaired the innovation committee that allowed RDN’s to share knowledge and display their creativity at FNCE. 3. At the hospital, I was able to rebuild a program that was at the brink of closure and create a robust department that recruited diverse staff, addressed community needs and expanded service to 20,000 clients/month. |

Diversity: Creating a diverse workforce that reflects the communities we serve through meaningful partnerships to mobilize, amplify and make connections that work to promote diversity and racial equity. Leadership: create a proven track record and pathway for increased growth and professional development : a world where the C suite will automatically include RDNs.
