What do you see as opportunities for the future of the nutrition and dietetics profession?
I take pride in being a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist! Being a RDN means a commitment to lifelong learning and because of this mindset, I’m constantly looking for the next new and emerging trends. Evidence-based practice and cutting-edge research propels my practice as a RDN and how I prepare future practitioners in the classroom. The Academy is in a unique position to not only make a difference in the lives of others through food and nutrition, but we have the opportunity to make our Academy one that is more like the world, more diverse, inclusive and equitable.
