Hard - working Louisiana native, Marcus F. Sam, earned his undergraduate degree in Dietetics from The University of Louisiana at Lafayette. Upon graduation, Marcus moved to Houston, TX to pursue an opportunity as a personal trainer. He then returned to Louisiana to complete his master’s degree and internship in Nutritional Sciences at The Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady University in Baton Rouge, LA. Upon graduation, Marcus returned to Houston to begin his career as a Consultant Dietitian with Dietitians For Health Care, LLC. Marcus enjoys spending time outdoors, being active, and trying all types of new foods.
