| HOD At-Large Delegate: Nutrition and Dietetics Technician, Registered |
|
As President of the Columbus Dietetic Association, I engaged NDTRs by creating leadership opportunities and addressing their professional concerns. Through BetaCarrotTeen Nutrition, I regularly collect input from NDTRs via social media and mentorship, using their feedback to create targeted resources. I addressed both large and small issues such as lack of recognition and confusion around scope of practice by presenting at OAND and contributing to the DTR Job Task Analysis Task Force. As a member of the OAND DEI Committee, I advocate for inclusion and promote equitable representation of NDTRs. |
