What do you see as opportunities for the future of the nutrition and dietetics profession?
A rapidly diversifying healthcare field challenges our profession and at the same offers opportunities for growth and innovation. There is an overwhelming demand for nutrition and dietetic services in both traditional roles (e.g., chronic illness prevention and management) as well as new and emerging roles (personalized nutrition, nutrition informatics, digital health etc.). I believe nutrition and dietetics professionals and organizations should work alongside in shaping future dietetics by responding to trends and embracing new ideas to remain relevant in the future.
