During the most recent match cycle, increased focus on developing scientific writing skills and tangible outcomes from the mentoring relationship. • Monitor and evaluate the program and report results through participation in Member Support Team Conference Calls. |

In order to achieve this, we must increase workforce demand and diversity, to stand firm on our foundation as a profession based on evidence, and ensure we have the structure and leadership in place to be agile – effectively and efficiently responding to new challenges. By fostering a culture of inquiry and inclusion, members will engage in meaningful dialogue to generate collaborative solutions to move the profession forward together.
