Collaborated with BOD and approved fiscal budget to promote success and growth of the organization into the future. Reorganized operation and schedule of House of Delegates (HOD) in collaboration with House Leadership Team (HLT). Facilitated HOD meetings. Evaluated critical issues submitted by members. Promoted healthy collaboration between BOD and HOD. |

What do you see as opportunities for the future of the nutrition and dietetics profession?
Please join me on the Academy’s new “Change Journey” and development of a new strategic plan. I’ve recently served as an HOD Director and Board member for almost 3 years with recent board training on hardwiring diversity into the culture. Will you let me help find the right candidates to serve in key leadership positions within our organization? I'll work to ensure candidates represent the diverse profile of members and possess the vision and strategic acumen to keep our profession growing and thriving into the future.

With over 30 years as an Academy member and volunteer leader, I've fostered relations and built diverse networks which enable me to find candidates with the skills, vision, and passion to lead our profession into the future and beyond.
