What do you see as opportunities for the future of the nutrition and dietetics profession?
I see exciting opportunities for Academy members to continue to reach across disciplines and sectors to positively impact public health, and to elevate the role of the RDN and DTR as the recognized nutrition expert and sought-after colleague in a variety of practice settings. I see an open field of opportunity for RDNs and DTRs to continue to impact food and nutrition policy at the local, state, and federal level that will improve public health and strengthen our profession.
