What do you see as opportunities for the future of the nutrition and dietetics profession?
Opportunities for the next 100 years of the food and nutrition profession are only limited by the imagination and dedication of the practitioner. We must continue the charge to market ourselves as THE food and nutrition experts in every environment that nourishes people utilizing the latest in social and traditional media outlets. From food bloggers to nutrition educators in food pantries to advanced practitioners, we need to demonstrate the value of our credential.
