1) I lead companies and boards with a passion for fostering healthy organizations. I recently led one of the companies I founded through a merger, where I continue to lead as President. I was also appointed by Miami’s mayor to serve on the city’s Budget Advisory Committee. 2) As a certified business analyst, I believe robust impact occurs through concrete, innovative solutions. I balance big ideas with tactics. 3) As a leader and entrepreneur, I identify gaps to produce opportunities for solutions. With my strategic framework, I’ve launched and ran successful multi-million dollar companies. |

Three areas that require championing to lead our profession into the future include: 1) Establishing RDNs as THE nutrition experts, recognized and pursued by all. 2) Diversity, equity, inclusion, and anti-racism initiatives, policies, sensitivity, and training. 3) Advocacy efforts to expand access to RDNs. The future of our profession is impactful, diverse, and far-reaching. Join me in championing these three areas to ensure the limitless future of our profession.
